Alex Rodriguez
Co-Founder
Alex has over eight years of experience in supporting Class II and III medical devices, specializing in areas such as neuromodulation, structural heart, catheters, orthopedics, and software implementation. Before joining Nucleux, he managed new product development programs for both OEMs and contract manufacturers.

Matthew Rodriguez
Co-Founder
Matthew has over 12 years of experience in supporting Class II and III medical devices, specializing in neuro-ablation, neuromodulation, structural heart, and pelvic health therapies. Before joining Nucleux, he worked across various disciplines, successfully bringing products to life from concept through design transfer and manufacturing, including product and process development, operational quality, and design assurance.

Cole Flatz
Co-Founder
Cole has over 11 years of experience in the medical device field, specializing in structural heart, renal denervation, neuromodulation, cardiac rhythm management, and spinal cord stimulation. Before joining Nucleux, he served as a manufacturing engineer and engineering manager for both OEMs and contract manufacturers focused in production of commercialized products.
